Nixon Yuti

I am Nixon Yuti and am from Madang and Morobe Province. I did all my schooling in Lae and it was during those schooling years that I developed my passion for Arts.
After I left school, I started working on improving my skills in painting, music production, screen printing and photography.
I paint because I want to convey positive messages of love and unity, peace and tranquillity, determination and positivity. I paint using acrylic on canvas. I begin my composition by sketching with pencil. Then add paint. To spice it up a little bit, I then add layers of light, shadows and contrast.

I have been screen printing for over 20 years and I also love this art. I print designs and logos of various sizes, from single colour to multiple colours.

Music is another art which I have been working on over the years. My genre includes soft sentimental music, reggae, soulful and orchestral. I based my musical themes around positivity, love and peace to try and contribute meaningfully to society at large.

I also have a passion for photography and filming and am captivated by what a camera can create artistically.
I strongly desire to own my own Art Gallery so I can create a community of artists, be part of that network myself and inspire others to discover their own passion through my work.
